The Big Gun is a World Champion, a Reserve World Champion, a
multiple
Derby champion, a class champion, a money earner and a point earner. Out of over 300 Gunner foals,
there are only a handful of Tobiano sons of Gunner. The Big Gun is the ONLY
Gunner foal who is a breeding Bay Tobiano Stallion by Gunner and the only one with his
titles, accomplishments and heritage.
The Big Gun's Sire is NRHA Hall of Fame inductee Colonels Smokingun (Gunner).
He is a USET Gold Medalist, USEF Champion, NRHA Futurity Res. Champion and
a World Champion Reining Sire. He is also the
highest earning Paint in NRHA history. The Big Gun's
Dam, Cactus Christy, is a multiple APHA World Champion and the dam of three NRHA Open Futurity Finalists.

2008, Diamond MR Ranch paid out of the Diamond MR Ranch Breeding Incentive Program
to Chele Murrell who owns The Big Time, 4 YO son of The Big Gun for placing 5th
at the World in Jr Reining! Winning Offspring. They also placed 6th in the
World Jr Reining in 2009.
