"Jewel"
was born on March 3, 2009.
She came out healthy, strong and
gorgeously marked. From the moment
she stood up to nurse, she was ready to
play and move. She possesses a lot
of the same personality traits as her
half sister Pepper. Jewel is also energetic,
strong and independent. She too
loves to be petted and is inquisitive
and unafraid. She runs around
bucking and jumping in the foaling
stall. We think this positive
attitude comes from their father,
Boonlight N Diamonds (Bubba).
His 2008 baby, Colonels Lil Diamond
(Gator) was the same way, full of
life and loving the moment every step of
the way.

who is
sired by Mark This Spot. Given that both the
Mark This Spot and Boonlight N Diamonds
bloodlines are world champions in cow
and reining events, we think this cross
will result in a horse that can do many
things extremely well. The
combination seems to be a fantastic
cross.
